Hellenic American Union PR

The Hellenic American Union in cooperation with the Hellenic American University offers you the Certificate in Public Relations. This 60-hour program will provide you with a comprehensive overview of public relations concepts, processes and applications. During the sessions, you will examine conceptual frameworks with an emphasis on the practical application of appropriate analysis, decision-making, ethics, implementation and evaluation strategies, and media relations.

Assessment & Certificate Requirements
You need a grade of at least 50 out of 100 to successfully complete the course and gain your certificate. Your overall grade is based on the following assessment system:
  • 20% class participation (no more than 3 absences or 9 hours are allowed)
  • 20% multiple-choice test
  • 60% PR plan preparation
Your overall performance is marked on your certificate according to set standards as follows:
50-77: Pass, 78-85: Pass with Honors, 86+: Pass with Distinction
